When something does not work

It helps us answer faster if your e-mail says:

• what you were doing, and what you expected to happen;
• what happened instead, with the exact message if one appeared;
• whether you use Treselia in the browser or on Windows, and which version.

Please do not attach a client's documents. If we need an example, we will agree with you how to share one safely.
