The power of what your firm knows, behind every file you sign.
Whole documents, written from your files and your firm's knowledge.
Treselia writes working sheets, letters, reports, memos and opinions from your documents and your firm's templates and past work. Less time re-reading files, every figure traceable to its source page, and juniors working the way your seniors do. You check and sign.

Your firm's collective knowledge is its most valuable data.
Today it lives in people, and it leaves with them. Treselia keeps it, brings it to every new file, and gets better with every correction.

Your firm's knowledge
One memory for the whole firm, and it keeps learning.
Every file makes the next one better, and nobody has to be in the room to pass it on.
- Learns from
- Your past letters and files (how the firm writes and decides), what colleagues write down (approaches and firm questions), and every correction, confirmed by a colleague and retired if it stops helping.
- Gives you
- A structure first, from your template or past work; two views per section, what the firm knows and what official sources add; “How did we handle this?” on any passage; and rules where they apply, in your firm's voice.
Sealed test · ten years · about 15,800 fictional documents
56 of 60 questions answered right.
On a sealed test written before the run: Treselia 56 of 60, an AI with a standard file search 41, a general chatbot 3. Same answering AI in all three; only access to the files differs.
Where a standard file search went wrong: it missed facts buried in long files, miscounted cases across years, gave an amount a later decision had replaced, and once stated a figure that is in no file at all.
One rule keeps this safe: the firm's knowledge decides where to look and how to write. Figures about a client always come from that client's documents.
The archive, approaches and the shared firm folder are part of the Treselia app for Windows.
It reads the whole file, fills your sheets and answers your questions.
Give Treselia your documents (PDF, Word, Excel, scans). It fills your firm's own working sheets and checklists, lists what is missing, and answers any question from the file, quoting the page. In the Windows app, you can also ask questions across your firm's archive.
One lease file, start to finish · fictional example
Before starting
A junior opens a new lease file. Treselia shows how the firm does this, from a senior: "Read every addendum before trusting the end date."
The reading
It fills the firm's lease summary and answers the firm's four questions. End date p. 7 + quote, indexation base month p. 12. One answer is "not in the file", so the junior asks the client for the missing addendum.
The decision
The lease and the second addendum give different end dates. Both passages are shown side by side, and a person decides. The reviewer checks every value against its page and signs.
What the firm learns
The junior corrected one value, so Treselia proposes a lesson. Once a second person confirms it and it helps on past files, the next colleague gets it.
Tested on fictional client files
It writes the whole document, the way your firm writes it.
Letters, reports and memos, drafted from your documents and from what your firm has learned. Every draft comes with four things a partner looks for.
In every draft
Your firm’s structure
The outline your partners signed for each kind of document, for example facts, assessment, recommendation, fee.
Every figure with its page
Each date and amount carries the page it came from, so the reviewer checks in seconds.
In your firm’s voice
Its wording, its thresholds, what goes in each kind of document. In French, German or English.
It asks instead of guessing
When a habit is not confirmed yet, you get a question, not an invention.
It also writes
Due-diligence reports, letters asking clients for missing documents, year-end documents and minutes.
Tested on 48 client letters · a fictional fiduciary firm
42 of 48 letters ready to sign after a quick read.
The better flagship AI model on its own: 16 of 48. Same kind of model underneath. An AI reviewer scored each letter against the one the firm itself wrote, without knowing which system wrote it.
Less rework: with the better flagship model on its own, 32 of 48 letters went back for rework. With Treselia, 6 of 48.
Nothing goes out that a person has not checked.
Treselia is built so a professional can check what it produces quickly, and sign it with confidence.
- A source for every value
- Every figure and every answer points to its page and quote in your documents.
- Missing stays missing
- What the documents don't say is marked missing, never filled in. In our tests so far, no value was invented.
- Disagreements stop
- When two documents disagree, both passages are shown and a person decides.
- Checked before you see it
- Each draft is checked against the firm's signed method and the figures in your documents. What fails goes back to be fixed, not to your desk.
- A person signs
- A person checks and signs the work. Treselia sends nothing on its own. A reviewer or partner approves the work or sends it back.

AI will soon write the first draft of most documents a firm sends out. What will set a firm apart is whether those drafts carry its own judgement and stand up to a partner’s review. We built Treselia so that they do.
